The Franchise application is the backbone of Franchise Administration and Operations. It will provide alters to various stakeholders and will be able to get a status of their Shop/Outlet/Kitchen/Orders real time from anywhere. It provides an easy to use interface and is completely web-based.

It comprises of all the Modules with most of the generic functionalities built-in. Settings and Parameters help to customize the software as per the outlet requirements. Exhaustive Reports are available to retrieve Information quickly.

The major modules include POS, Inventory, Franchise administration, Accounts, Payroll and Resourcing. The system will be a fully integrated application (and the Shop/Outlet module might will still work even if the internet interface is down).

Data is hosted securely and 24X7 technical support is available.


Franchise Administration

Each shop having following roles-
  • Shop Owner
  • Restaurant Manager (Admin)
  • Supervisor
  • Team Member
  • Billing

Central Kitchen is the production team with following role-
  • Production Manager (Admin)
  • Purchase Manager (Admin)
  • Team Member


Billing screen will work for respective outlet.
Ordering the products depending on the order types(Home delivery ,Quick serve dinning, Party order).
Giving the discount to the particular product.


Orders are place by outlets and are usually placed at the end of the day. Any additional order placed in the day will be considered as a Re-Order. There could be multiple re-orders in a day. Order and Re-Orders should to be displayed in different colors. CK will be able to see all the orders of each shop on its Monitor Screen. Orders can be for all products and consumables. Outlet needs to buy every item from the Central Kitchen including paper products, cleaning materials, stationary etc.

When Order is received Shop should be able to reject part of the order if it is damaged or quality is bad. Appropriate remarks also need to be entered along with rejection approval from Driver/RM. Each order received from the CK must be labeled with the Date, Time, Dispatched by, Route No, Order place date, Shop No, Expected Delivery Date, etc


Using payroll software can speed up the process of calculating pay accurately, and making payments on time. It can reduce the burden of understanding complex payroll legislation and payroll systems operation. As a consequence, it can also reduce administrative costs.

The system should generate the payroll for each shop and CK resources. For an employee, the CTC, Designation is keyed in. Other components are created based on formula.

It is important to select a reliable supplier. Unlike most other business functions, you are dependent on a payroll supplier not only for training, support and help if things go wrong, but also for regular updates when tax and other figures change, and when there are alterations to legislation.

Inventory Management

Inventory management is primarily about specifying the shape and percentage of stocked goods. It is required at different locations within a facility or within many locations of a supply network to precede the regular and planned course of production and stock of materials.


The system should capture the attendance details daily of each resources by shifts and his leave details. Based on the holiday list and the eligible leaves the salary needs to be computed with all possible deductions produce pay checks and payroll reports. The system should allow for the appraisal capture, generation and provide the final ratings as per the HR policy.
